Sherman Li (Founder) is an expert in renewable energy systems, power electronics, power systems, electric machines and drives, control systems, and applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in power and energy systems and a great experience to work with electric utilities.
He obtained his B.S., M.S., and PhD degrees all in electrical engineering. He is recipient of the IEEE Standards Association’s Emerging Technology Award for his contribution to IEEE.
Std. 2800-2022, and is a senior member of IEEE and National Academy of Inventors.

Bishal Karmakar (CEO) is pursuing his Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama specializing in power-efficient energy transfer.
Before founding the company, he led lab-to-field prototypes and taught/mentored engineers as a university lecturer, translating models into reliable hardware.
He holds an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence (South Korea) and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Tracy Li (CMO & Technical Advisor) holds a degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama.
She has both technical implementation and business strategy, enabling her to bridge the gap between product vision and execution. She has a proven track record of helping startups launch new features, streamline operations, and drive measurable growth.
Her technical expertise includes product development, software architecture, data management, cloud integration, and scaling technology for high-growth environments.
